Jack M - $3,000/month

I am moving to SF in September and looking for a roommate or two. 
I just graduated from law school on the East Coast and am coming to work for a firm downtown.

I am mainly looking at nob Hill / lower nob Hill, along with the Telegraph Hill and North Beach areas (but am open to a lot of neighborhoods for the right unit) and would ideally move in September (but can be August).

I am someone who likes to stay active, playing sports (Volleyball, tennis, pickleball, baseball) and being outdoors hiking and such.

I'm someone who lives fairly clean, but is not a perfectionist. Two of the more important things in a unit for me are a dishwasher and sunlight.

Realistically, I would want to my rent, to be in the 2400-2600 range (or cheaper) but for the right unit, would entertain up to 3,000 for my half.
