I am a 37 year old single mother of 3 kids ages 7,6,and 2. They are well behaved and curious but know to keep out of your room. They go to school and daycare while I work normally M-F 6-5:30pm. I like reading, cooking and easy going person.
The home is fully furnished just ask that you clean after yourself. I would like to rent the room to someone who is reliable, responsible and clean.

Charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single family home nestled at the base of South Mountain. This home has two large living areas, with an open concept floorpan with sight lines to the kitchen. From the living area, exit through the sliding glass door to large covered patio. The backyard area is great for entertaining guests and watching the Arizona sunset.
I have one unfurnished room available for move in in December. Room can fit a full/ queen size bed. The closet is a nice size. Rent is $1000 with $1000 refundable deposit. Access to high speed internet. Water, sewer, electricity and trash included in rent.
