I would love to hang out and be friends but am also happy with a respectful come and go situation. I really value someone who cleans up after themselves and keeps things organized. I hate bugs so I would hate to attract them. I love a good chore rotation chart. I love *compromise* if there happens to be a disagreement. I prefer dealing with conflict in an openly communicative way, ideally in person since things can get blurred over the phone. But all in all I'd love to come home to a safe space where we can watch movies and have girl time!!
