Room available in 3-bedroom home. We are looking for ONLY ONE PERSON (please no couples or families) who is around our age group (mid-20s to mid-30s, &/or mature), is clean, quiet for the most part as this is not a party house, can pay the rent & bills on time & in full, & is respectful & considerate of others.
We all have busy schedules & mostly keep to ourselves. The master is shared by two females & the other room is occupied by a male. There is 1 bathroom we share but there are no problems with that since we aim to be considerate & work around each others' schedules.
420 friendly a plus but not a must; dog-friendly a must because there is a dog in the house (sorry, no more allowed). Caged/tanked animals okay. Garage available for storage but not parking. Ample space in driveway & street for parking.
$600 deposit required but can be split up between months. Utilities are split among us; amount usually ranges around $50 each.
We are easy to get along with & are looking for someone mellow, tidy & responsible. Please do not contact if you are trying to have a lot of friends over often; a few periodically is obviously fine but this is a home for adults only. Please no cigarette smokers.
