1 guy and 1 girl looking for a 3rd roommate for a Sep.1st lease and move in.
3 BR 1 Bath (5th floor walk up 😅) in prime location, everything easily accessible.
1 roommate is moving out so we are looking for someone to fill the room until lease end [8/31/2024]. Sublease agreement available for security and renewal is an option. The room is unfurnished and the smaller of the two (paying least amount):
ROOM 1 (Taken) - $916

ROOM 3 (Vacant) - $841

Supermarkets, Laundry, Bodegas, Restaurants, + Parks and Hospital within walking distance. Subway (1 and C) are close to apt and a 15 min ride to midtown.
Furnished common spaces (Living Room & Kitchen) with TV and speakers, electric stove, and a window in every room/amazing natural light. Utilities are about $?/ea a month, $?/ea for gas with central heating.
ABOUT US:
We are two black professionals in our late 20s. Both of us work and are very chill and friendly. We are not loud or disruptive and the space is kept nicely. BIPOC encouraged to apply but not required. We really love the apartment and looking for someone who is going to be respectful of the space and cohabitate respectfully as well.
