Required: Air conditioning, bathroom w/shower, kitchen, 420 friendly, option of adopting a de-clawed cat in the future.

Preferred but not necessary: WiFi, cable/satellite.

Me: 59, financially responsible (rent always paid on time), tidy, respectful, friendly, sociable, quiet, law abiding, polite, intelligent, LGBTQ friendly.

I do not smoke cigarettes, drink or use drugs other than cannabis.

Health: I walk with a cane.
