Hi everyone! I’m Mikayla, 25, and I’m looking for a female in their mid to late 20s to take over my roommate’s lease in our 2 bed apartment- she’s moving and I’m not ready to leave!
Apartment Details:
• Move-in: July 1st - July 15th
• Location: Stuytown (14th & Ave A), East Village – 11th floor
• L train, Target, Trader Joe’s & Whole Foods steps away
• Rent: $2,776/month (smaller room) - rent stabilized
• Water included; we split WiFi & AC
• Tons of space, natural light, great storage & closet space
• Laundry in basement
• Shared spaces furnished
• I have a 3-year-old golden retriever named Winston (see attached), I may be biased but he is the sweetest and best boy ever ❤️
About Me:
I’ve been in NYC for 3 years and am about to become a Registered Dietitian - currently studying for exam! I love trying new restaurants, wellness & fitness, cooking, going out with friends, and exploring the city. I also enjoy a night in, usually watching thrillers or mindless reality TV. I keep the apartment tidy (especially shared spaces) and would love a roommate I can be close friends with 🤗
