Hello, my name is Terese and I am a single 35 year old professional. I just moved to Charlotte from Austin, TX to be closer to some family after a break up. I’m am currently in south Charlotte in the Ballantyne area with my parents temporarily.

I am in finance/IT professional and I have a full time job. I am responsible, kind, friendly and dependable. I have my own furniture, but currently it is in storage but willing to use or keep it there. I have a black pug, who is fully house trained and low maintenance. If that would be an issue, I could keep him at my parents most of the time in Piper Glen.

I am looking for a room (or get a lease with) a male or female professional that we same some of the same likes or dislikes and believe we would be compatible roommates (doesn’t everyone though?). I would like to be in the south Charlotte, Ballantyne, South Park, South end, closer to uptown area. I have a handful of friends here, but for fun I’d like to make more and explore Charlotte more, and grab a beer!

I am looking to spend up to $1400 each for a room. ($2600 for a two bedroom, $1400 for a one bedroom, if apt)
