I’m moving out of my MASSIVE, QUIET bedroom (perfect for working from home) on West End Ave, with two DREAM closets. Move-in date any time between 4/5, or 4/15 - the current lease is up 11/14, with the option to renew. Photos are from just before I moved in...current photos to come, and videos available! Just message me for the video as I can send in chat but for some reason can't post in the ad.
The room essentially the size of most large studios - 17'x14' - not including the massive closet square footage, and at least 12 ft ceilings! I currently have a bed, sectional couch, two desks, and two huge bookshelves in the space with room for more! Super high ceilings with a fan. The closets have a whopping 160” of closet rods, on top of built in shelving (and lights inside!) Two tall windows with generous light, facing gorgeous West End Ave. Both have huge window sills and one has fire escape access.
Large shared bathroom, and the shared common area with my two adorable roommates is the dining room and kitchen (please note there is no shared living room, but this bedroom is large enough to contain both a bedroom and living room area, and probably a work out area, too!)
Short walk to the express train at 96th; 30 second walk to Riverside Park. 5-10min walk to C train/Central Park/Whole Foods/home goods/trader Joes.
