Hey! I’m looking for a quiet and easygoing roommate to share a three-bedroom, two-bath house in East Atlanta, just down the street from East Atlanta Village and close to I-20. You’d get the downstairs bedroom plus the room next to it, and we’d share the kitchen and living room.

The house has a washer and dryer, fridge, and a partially furnished living room since some furniture will be moving out. Rent is $995 a month, and utilities usually run about $150 for your share. Street parking is available too.

I live upstairs and keep things pretty low key, with just a few friends over every few weeks. I’m looking for someone chill and considerate, maybe a graduate student or working professional.
