I am looking to share this space and have a long term roommate who is committed to making this a home. It's an amazing area and if you are the type of person who likes to keep busy it's a great area for you, only 2 minutes to the subway.
I have had this space for a few years now and I would like to have someone who is wanting to stay for a longer term.
I keep to myself a lot of the time, I very much enjoy being able to share a space in comfort with others and try to be as accommodating as I can be for the other person I share it with.
