My absolutely delightful roommates are on the hunt for a third roommate to join their baller Penthouse bubble. Bright room in a 3 bathroom, 2.5 bedroom, 2 story penthouse apartment in downtown Toronto (Dundas/University) with an INSANE private patio, 24-7 concierge, minutes from St. Patrick station. Available mid March or mid April with some flexibility in dates.
Occupant will share a bathroom with one roommate, as the third roommate has her own ensuite bathroom.

$1300+ utilities and Internet. En-suite laundry. AC. Massive patio. 24/7 concierge. Gym (post-pandemic). Guest parking. This will be a lease assignment so your name will be added to a month-to-month lease.

Will require first and last month's rent, rental application, and credit check.

Girls are both in their mid-20s, work-from-home professionals. One works in law and the other one works in consulting. Both are social but have their own social lives. They are neat and tidy, super conscientious, kind, and like to hang out over a glass of wine every now and then.
