Christian female with lovely home in quiet East Cobb seeks female. I have two rooms available. Three to six month leases are offered starting at $400 for the smaller room and $450 for the larger room, plus a share of utilities. Or you can rent both rooms for $800, plus utilities. You can earn money off of your rent doing normal chores around the house! Utilities include hi-speed internet access, cable TV, central air, furnished living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer on premises. Both bedrooms are now furnished, updated photos coming soon.

Close to 1-75, convenient to GA-400, 17 minutes from Kennesaw College, Life University and Town Center Mall, 5 minutes from the Mountain View Campus of Chattahoochee Tech. This is a no-smoking, no-drama household. This is a great neighborhood. Not every place in Atlanta can you move in and feel safe. I have three degrees and work as a marketing and creative director. I am using my design skills to redo the house, so you will slowly see it transform into something beautiful.

I have kitties, so hopefully you are not allergic! Sorry, no other pets are allowed as per owner. Only one person is allowed to stay in the room as per lease.
