Hi everyone ~. I have 3B1.5B apt in 1 block from MTA. Easy and direct access to Manhattan.
The room 3, currently 25 years old female is living in and joining her parents in June 30, so the room is available on June 30 or July 1, 2026.
My apt is sealed, bug free and clean. If you'd like to live in near MTA, clean, comfortable, quiet apt, you are in the right place. You may feel like to live in one bedroom because the other two rooms are in the East side and the room 3 is on the west side in the apt.
I am a person who is highly moral, consider others first, like to keep the apt super clean, very quiet personality. Would love to be friend with a new roommate if you'd like... if not, that's okay to, I will make sure you live comfortably in my apt.
