The Vibe & About Me:

Hi everyone! I’m a 22-year-old recent SMU grad (was an AXO!) and just accepted a job as a Junior Media Planner starting the third week of August.

I work remotely 4/5 days a week, but I plan on spending most of my working hours at local coworking spaces. I am clean, respectful of shared spaces, and looking to build a genuine friendship with my roommate! I absolutely love to cook and actually make homemade pickles as a side gig (so the fridge will always be stocked with amazing snacks!).

I love the community vibe at The Village and want someone who is down to check out the events like sand volleyball, food truck nights, and resident pool parties with me so we can meet even more friends together.

The Setup: We will both sign the lease and split the base rent evenly. Because I work from home a bit and would prefer the bedroom with the attached bathroom, I will personally cover your application fee ($50) and the unit's administrative fee ($125) to make it fair! You will get the second bedroom and your own detached bathroom.

The Cost: Rent is $826 per person + utilities (split 50/50).

Move-In Date: First week of August.
