Sublet Available – Midtown East, Manhattan – Starting 6/1

Looking for someone to sublet a bedroom in a 2BR/1BA apartment starting June 1 for a 12-month term.
Location: 50th St between 2nd & 3rd Ave (Midtown East)
Rent: $2,000/month + one month security deposit
No broker fee

The apartment is in a great location—just a few minutes’ walk to the E, M, and 6 subway lines. It’s on the top floor and gets tons of natural light, with south-facing windows in both the living room and the available bedroom. That said, it is a walk-up, so you’ll have to climb a few flights of stairs.

The building doesn’t have laundry, but I have a portable washer you’re welcome to use.
The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and close to everything—subways, restaurants, grocery stores. I’ve lived in the building for multiple years and the building management has always been responsive and easy to work with.

You’d be living with me—26M, working in consulting. I’m clean, respectful, quiet, and into basketball and video games. Looking for someone responsible, easygoing, and preferably a non-smoker. No dogs, please.

Rent: $2,000/month
Internet: $30/month
Electricity: Typically around $30 per person/month, but in July and August it can climb to as high as $70/person due to AC usage.

Living Room: Fully furnished.
Bedroom: Can comfortably fit a full-size bed and a desk, with good closet space. I can also provide basic furnishings (twin bed & frame, desk, drawers, lamp) for a one-time $200 fee if you’d like to keep things simple.
