Im a Houston native and have lived in Houston for the past 3 years. I’m very clean, considerate, and kind. I commute daily to the office but like to have chill weekends at home. My current roommate is moving out and I will need someone to take her place. I would prefer a roommate that I can hangout with as I do not have many friends in the city. My sister owns the house and I rent from her. I need someone to take the guest bed & bath. In the house washer dryer, turf backyard, workout room, garage parking spot and nicely furnished shared space. kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. I keep the place very clean and spiffy. I love having a nice place to come home and relax at after work. The neighborhood is very quiet with walkable trails and bayou close by. Lots of easily accessibly grocery stores and I10&610 are super close for an easy commute. Dogs are welcome but I plan on fostering dogs as well. There will be a pet deposit and possible pet rent. 1 Year lease term. Utilities are all under my name and I pay on time. I will keep track of the bills on a shared spreadsheet (average total monthly price for internet, gas,water, electric is $90-120 depending on the heat or cold - you would be paying half)
