I moved to Denver about two and a half years ago with a roommate but he got married and moved out. I'm very clean quiet and very respectful. I don't host parties I don't smoke weed I don't play loud music, although I'm not opposed to someone who likes to smoke weed. I'm very conscious of any potential odors and always maintain a clean smelling apartment. I spend my time in my room on the computer, watching movies or out in the city bar hopping and adventuring when I'm not working, I like to travel. You'll find that you'll have the apartment to yourself quite a bit. I currently don't have a 2 bedroom apartment but I'm offering my 650 square foot living room as a studio for rent or the bedroom, I pretty much stay in my room when I'm home. I would still have the two bedroom but was not given fair notice when he moved out so I had lost the two bedroom would be willing to potentially arrange upgrading to a two bedroom with a roommate once found. Male or female applicants are welcome. Males I find more relatable but females I find are usually cleaner roommates.

Ps. Apartment is slightly different in design than template shown but more space in reality, Will add more pictures soon. You would have access to the entire living room, fireplace, balcony and ceiling fan if you choose to take the studio setup or you could have the bedroom, which you would still have full access to the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The living room is fully furnished still room to put an entire king size bed if space is needed I can remove the dining room table and sectional couch. There's a 55 or 65 in TV already in the living room as well as an Xbox and a Wii, now all of these items are subject to be taken out if you wish to bring your own otherwise you are welcome to use them. I have everything I need in my room. You're welcome to bring one pet as long as it's friendly. There are large thick room dividers as well as a curtain separating the living room/studio.
