The home is about 1800 Square feet, with a living room, family room, utility room, and a large kitchen so we won't be bumping elbows. The yard is large enough to accommodate BBQ's and puppies and more.
The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, hardwood floors upstairs and pet friendly tile downstairs (pet rent is $35/month for the first pet and $15 per additional pet). Ideal candidates won't mind that we are a Smoke free, drug free home. There are a couple of options right now. You can rent one room for 675/month or 750/month (for either a standard sized room or a large bedroom). Or you can rent both rooms and have a private bathroom for $1050/month.
