I just purchased a fully renovated home in the Strawberry Mansion section of Philadelphia. I currently have a roommate but there is still extra room in the house so if the right person is out there maybe we could work something out.

I am an attorney and due to COVID I mostly work from home. I am laid back and like to keep the house neat and clean. If I'm not working, I'm outside riding a bike, sailing or hiking. My roommate is much the same.

This house is a brand new rehab. New kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, gated parking, two-tier roof-deck, front patio, finished basement, walk-in closet, washer and dryer, and wet-bar near the rood deck.

Rent is $650 and includes all utilities. I am open to any length of stay, be it just for a couple of months to try things out or a longer term rental.
