My roommate is moving out and I am looking for his replacement who must be ready to move in on April 1st. The apartment is a 2 BR/2BA with bedrooms on the opposite sides of the space. There is a balcony and I have a chihuahua/jack russell terrier. Your bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet. I am a 54 year-old male who works from home. You must be trustworthy, respectful, and pass a $25 background/credit check as you will be on the lease. Your half of the rent is $750. Utilities average $150 per month (DWP, Gas, Wi-fi, Netflix/Hulu). Building is located in a nice neighborhood mixed with apartment buildings and residential homes. Close to North Hollywood Metro Station. Central air, dishwasher.
