Hi! I’m a 30 year old marketing professional in the film industry and I’m looking for a room. My lease is up and though I love where I live, I would like to relocate somewhere closer to my work.

I don’t have any pets or children, but I don’t mind if you do!

I don’t smoke or usually have guests over, but don’t mind if you do!

Most of my days are spent in working out of the home, relaxing in my room, or out of the house.
