Lester H - $1,600/month

Hello there! My name is Lester, and will be relocating to Denver, CO towards the end of August or by September 1st. I am 21 years old, originally from NYC, attended college in Bethlehem, PA, and currently work in Rochester, NY. Denver seems to have a great urban vibe but with ample opportunities for outdoor recreational activities other places don't come close to.

I am looking for 2-3 roommates in their early to mid 20s, either all males or 2 males and 2 females, to share a long-term lease (1+ year) apartment in hip and trendy communities such as RiNo, LoHi, Five Points, Capital Hill, Sloan Lake, etc. My budget for rent is between $1200 and $1500 per person. I also will be bringing my car, if that is something that can help with shopping, trips, etc. My ideal roommates would be adventurous, have a "work hard, play hard" mindset, and are generally good people to hang out with. As we will be sharing an apartment, being clean and respectful of others is essential.

A little about me: I am a software engineer who currently works from home. I played ultimate frisbee in college and would love to continue playing in Denver. I am also interested in road biking and bouldering. Winter ski/snowboarding trips sound like a great idea to me.
