Laid back easy going!

I have a spare room Id love to rent out to the right person! Utilities, internet included. Washer and dryer free to use! Quiet neighborhood with walking trail just behind the house. Big back yard with brand new fencing! You would have your own bathroom. The house is 3 bedrooms 2 and half bathrooms total. Workout space in the finished basement. I have two dogs that are very friendly. One is a shiba inu named Paisley and the other is a rescue blue pit terrier named Samson. I have a dog door they go in and out of freely.
