Looking for a female roommate in her mid 20’s early 30’s to share a 2bd 2.5bath townhouse within walking distance of Carlsbad Village and the beach. Conveniently located next to bars, grocery stores, and restaurants.
The unit is 2 stories and include 2 patios (one for each level) and wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer are in unit as well. You will also have a reserved parking spot below the building.
The complex is gated and has a pool/jacuzzi, bbq area, and a fitness center.
Rent is $1170 for the private room and private bath, not including utilities. Security deposit is $500, this changes if you decide to move in with a pet.
