I'm trading the West Coast for the East Coast in November for work. I am really excited to explore a new city! I have a typical 9-to-5 schedule in the software industry, but in my downtime I am usually checking out a new bar/restaurant, going to the gym, or hunting down some live music shows.

A lot of people have described me as laid back and fun. I am looking for the type of roommate that is down to come explore with me, but also values their independence. Let's be friends!

I am pretty respectful of shared spaces and would appreciate my future roommate to be the same. My future roommate will need to be okay with guests, since I will likely have out-of-town visitors from time to time, (there are a lot of people excited about my move to New York). I will always let you know ahead of their arrival! I likely won't have a lot of random people over on a weekly basis though, so it's not a stranger danger type of situation haha. :P
