Looking to rent the other room in my 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment as my current roommate is moving home. Rental is $1050 a month through March 31, 2021, possibly longer - I just need first and security. The apartment is a 4th floor walkup, but it’s the top floor so there are no noisy footsteps above! Your room has great sunlight and is fairly large - it includes the queen-size bed in the photos if you’d like it and the rest of the apartment is also furnished. The apartment is recently remodeled. There are no bedroom closets but there are 2 hallway closets that we will share.
I have a 4 year old pug - you must love dogs, as she’s very friendly and will want to hang out with you.
The apartment is minutes from Cortelyou Rd, which has tons of restaurants and a few bars.
10ish minute walk to the Church Ave F/G, and 12 minutes to the Beverley Rd Q. Prospect Park is about a 15 minute walk, and an even shorter bike ride.
Grocery store and laundromat are a couple blocks away.
