Me and my buddy (very similar to myself) are looking for someone to rent the 3rd bedroom. We both snowboard a lot, backcountry and resort. Both very clean, respectful, cook a fair bit. Not into being super rowdy anymore, but definitely still enjoy going out.

Room for rent - Belmar area
Third bedroom for rent. Big window with lots of natural light, two closets. Right next to bathroom that’s shared with other roommate. The room is on the smaller side, comfortably fits a queen bed, dresser, and desk. I don’t have the exact dimension on hand. Rest of the house downstairs is open floor plan. Kitchen is at the back of the house and our living room is at the front end, with the dining table in between. We have a small patio out back and we are directly adjacent to the dog park/green space of the complex. Pretty cozy, we’re right next to Belmar and 6 is right there, so super easy to get to the mountains or into the city.
