I’m looking for a new roommate to take my old roomie’s place here in LIC.

There’s a broker’s fee of $3907.98 involved + security deposit.

As for me, I love doing yoga and running outside while spending time with friends and family. I’m a major foodie and often explore different restaurants around the city (come experience my Yelp Elite journeys with me!) In addition to eating outside, I also cook often at home (I basically only shop at Trader Joe’s).

I’m a relatively clean person and like to keep things tidy. I’m also quiet as needed and rarely play music out loud (unless I need some shower tunes)
