Nyc student taking time away from school. I’m an accommodating and understanding person. I will always treat people with kindness even when I have to communicate with or confront others. I always maintain the cleanliness of communal areas but am a little messy in personal areas(my room) but clean up after myself consistently. I make music and enjoy listening to it out loud usually. I’ve never had volume complaints from anyone but an always willing to adjust if I’m made aware it’s too loud. I also have an emotional support cat. He’s a well behaved cat; never has bathroom accidents or violent behavior. He’s a cuddle bug and can stay in my room if he would cause disruption in common areas. I work part time as a server most nights and maintain a solid income from it. My hobbies aren’t very disruptive either. I spend free time reading, writing, making clothes, taking photos, and playing chess. I’m hard headed individual but still understanding to others emotions and opinions. I follow through on all my promises and see every action or plan through. I tend to think of creative and different solutions than most which can make people think I’m weird or don’t think things through but I have yet to approach a problem I can’t resolve. Two things that could come up if I were to live with you: I take longer trips to the bathroom due to a medical condition but always give warning before a these and don’t usually have issues with others unless they have to go very badly and in the moment. I also have a partner that comes to stay with me frequently but wouldn’t leave my private areas for long periods of time or cause unnecessary disruptions.
