This is last minute but I'm letting you know that the lease starts January 31st. The landlord is wanting a background check, lease started and deposit paid by or on the 31st to lock in the lease. I am pretty laid back and easy going. I just got out of a long relationship and I'm looking forward to getting back to my old, happy self. I am hoping my new roommate will easy to be around and talk to and have a good sense of humor. I am respectful of other's, kind and I clean up after myself and would like whoever moves in to do the same. Just to be clear, I am not an OCD clean person but I do like to keep things looking tidy I like to do crafts and things. I have a lot of supplies and am hoping being around someone who might have those kinds of interests will get my creative juices flowing again. Someone that enjoys little things like working in the yard or putting flowers in pots and accessorizing the front and back porch for spring/summer with me would be really nice. I have a cat so no more cats. A well behaved, sweet, potty trained dog will definitely be considered! I would love to have a dog in the house again! He/she must be ok with my cat...no chasing. There is a fenced in backyard but it is deer fencing. If your dog is trained to stay it won't be a problem. You could also secure with something. The house is 1420 sq ft and has 2 bedrooms and one bath. We would share a bathroom. I never thought I would do that again at my age but here we are! Lol. It is an old farm house built in the 1930's. I love it! It has 10 windows and the sunniest room in the house is the one waiting to be occupied and enjoyed.. My niece calls it the happy room. She's right! It is on the smallish side but plenty of room for one person! There is a nice, comfy twin day/trundle bed. If you have someone sleep over sometime the slide out will come in handy. If you love plants like me they thrive in there. There is a rug, bedside table, a large cabinet you can use for clothes and storage and a dresser I think I might sell. There is no closet but I picked up an armoire that you could use as one or pick up a portable closet. There are a lot of different sizes and styles at decent prices. There is a deposit of $1000 and rent is $1140 with all bills included. There is also plenty of of street parking and some extra storage if you need it. If you have any questions please send me a message!
