Hey! My name is Ethan and I am 22 years old and coming from San Diego California. I'm coming to NYC because I got a job working for the FDIC and need to find a place to live. I went to University at UC Santa Cruz studying Economic and Environmental Studies and i'm also a former college soccer player. Some of my hobbies besides soccer include playing the guitar, sailing, surfing, hiking, (attempting) to make music, playing video games, and hanging out with friends. I'm a super social guy and love making new friends so I would love to meet and live with some fun people. I like to keep my room and personal space clean and don't forget to do my dishes so I don't leave a mess. Overall i'm a super laid back person and can't wait to go out and explore the City.
