Good Morning. My name is eddy 29 years old looking for a place to move in towards July 1st. Looking to stay around 1,000 or lower a month. I would consider myself as a quiet, respectful and emotionally intelligent person. I work business hours during the week monday through friday with weekends off. On the weekends i am usually gone doing something with the family. I like to spend alot of time working on drawing, watching netflix or playing video games. I am usually in bed by 9.30 or 10. I am big on open communication and working through different problems by talking. I tend to keep to myself and would give you your space but i am not against watching tv together and or hanging out having lunch together to build a friendship/bond. It would br a bonus if you have dogs or cats since i am an animal lover. I would help watch your pets when needed. I do like to help out and do chores around the house daily to keep the place clean. Can provide records of clean background and landlord reference of on time rent payments.
