looking for roommate :)

top floor of house on residential street. shared with young student, behaved dog, and cats. 2min walk to Bathurst subway. close to UofT, 20mins or less to downtown/union station. close to bars, stores, restaurants. lower floor of house is separate unit. looking for someone chill, respectful, and easy to live with. guests are ok but be mindful of noise levels for other people in the house. no cigarette smoking inside, smoking weed inside and drinking is ok. already have pets so you cant bring your own but you are more than welcome to hangout with mine as the shared spaces are also shared with them
