Cozy Bright Washington Heights Apartment

This is a room in a Washington Heights second-floor apartment that's easily accessible by train and bus. Almost everything is a 1-5 minute walking distance from the apartment, including subway entrance, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery, convenience, and parks & greenspace (Fort Tryon park is just up the street!).

The room itself is furnished (as seen in the photos), and of course you can also bring some of your own furniture if you'd like to. It has an east-facing window and gets beautiful natural light throughout the day. The apartment itself is bright and gets great light and air.

There's laundry (washers and dryers) in the building, and lots of kind and friendly neighbours. The building has an elevator, though you may not even need it since the apartment is on the second floor. There are window A/C units installed, and radiator heating for the colder months.
