I’m renting out a room with bathroom (not connected), and living room space on the 2nd floor of my home. Stairs are at the front door so it’s almost like a private entrance. I live and work on the first floor of my home. The shared spaces would be kitchen, laundry, backyard and parking in driveway. Close to McKinney Falls, Airport, 290 and I-35 highways. Nice subdivision with pool and weekly food trucks and walking trail.
