- rent starts at $1200
- I've furnished the shared space but I can accommodate as needed.
- available space is bedroom with large walk-thru closet & full bath
- lease is until August.

- woman in her 40s, health & fitness coach, homebody, very tidy, on the quieter side.
- I have a very sweet male black cat, he’d love a kitty playmate!
