Big, affordable, homey room for rent in an ideal location in Astoria. The apartment is large and sunny with hardwood floors view of the backyard on the 1st floor. Rent & utilities fully split. Less than 5 minutes walk to N/W and M/R subway lines. Very quiet, leafy street right in the middle of Astoria with tons of restaurants/nightlife/shopping/amenities in easy walking distance. Fully furnished shared spaces, but flexible!
First and foremost this is a HOME. It's a family-owned building on a beautiful street in one of the city's most eclectic and interesting neighborhoods. I like to have a good time and won't ever get in the way of yours, and there is no better place in New York to come home to!
