The house was just renovated in 2019, modern and clean. The shared spaces will come mostly furnished and I am only to change. The room being rented is huge! The backyard space is great, there's a back deck, driveway and plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly. I have a good relationship with the landlord and the tenants on the other side. The house is spacious so you will not feel over crowded or run out of room. Big basement for laundry, storage, and DIY projects or hanging out. First floor includes kitchen, dining, and living room. All the bedrooms are on the second floor with the bathroom.
