**LISTING IS FOR WINTHROP**
This 4 level split house is perfect for young professionals who want to live near the city and the beach. It's a 12 min Uber into the city, straight through the tunnel. It neighbors East Boston and Revere. Winthrop is a cute little beach town with tons of restaurants and small businesses. Everything is pretty much within walking distance. The house was just renovated in 2019, modern and clean. The shared spaces will come mostly furnished and I am only to change. The room being rented is huge! The backyard space is great, there's a back deck, driveway and plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly. I have a good relationship with the landlord and the tenants on the other side. The house is spacious so you will not feel over crowded or run out of room. Big basement for laundry, storage, and DIY projects or hanging out. First floor includes kitchen, dining, and living room. All the bedrooms are on the second floor with the bathroom. The attic is used for storage. No pets allowed and no smoking in the house permitted. Please reach out with more questions. Looking for someone to move in June/July.
