Hello,

I live at 1418 Collins Ave now and love it here but my roommate son just moved from Costa Rica and they need my room. I'm 35, single female, no kids, non smoker. I work 60+ hours a week as a marketing coordinator for Douglas Elliman Real Estate. My office is at 1111 Lincoln Rd so I'd like to be close to work. I'm fairly new to Miami, I just moved in October from Naples FL (originally from MI but I've been in FL for 12 yrs) I love it here so far and really want to stay in the South Beach area.

I"m consisderate, clean and drama free. I can give you great references from my roommate now. Please give me a call if it's still available and I'd love to meet. I"m paid through Dec 31st but if I find something I like and don't want to miss out I can pay a deposit to secure it sooner!
