This is actually a condo in Laguna Woods Village, a 55+ community surrounded by Laguna Hills, Lake Forest and a sliver of Irvine. So you have to be at least 45 to live here, since I have the 55 angle covered.
This is a two-bedroom, two-bath upstairs condo. Everything but your bedroom/bathroom is furnished. There is a large-screen TV, two recliners and a couch, along with a simple kitchen table.
Laguna Woods Village is a monster 55+ community with a plethora of amenities that you have the full run of: three 9-hole golf courses and a par-3 course, a restaurant, six pools, numerous clubhouses, clubs and organizations, a performing arts center, library, two gyms--and that's just off the top of my head. There is no reason to be bored here.
Additionally, it's located right off the 5 Freeway, with stores, restaurants, watering holes and just about everything you need within 1.3 miles. You're 15 minutes from Laguna Beach, 10 minutes from San Juan Capistrano, 10 minutes from John Wayne Airport and 20 minutes from South Coast Plaza.
The only utilities are electricity and $56/month for Internet. There are two laundry rooms within spitting distance of the condo. The lease does expire at the end of September and the rent will likely go up, but only about $100 and change. RIght now, the total rent is $2,431/month.
This is a South County steal.
