Henry S - $1,400/month

I am an easy-going IT professional from Chicago. The only disclaimer about living with me is that I am a musician in my free time and play music out loud every day. That being said, I think its safe to say that you should not consider me as a candidate if you don't play or enjoy music. I am interested in renting a house where playing music is feasible and doesn't bother neighbors. I have had luck with 2 houses in the last 2 years where this is the case but am looking to upgrade to a nicer and larger home with the additional income of a potential roommate.
