I'm looking for someone to take over my roommate’s short term lease of 3 months starting on July 1st 2021.

Just completed brand new apartment features 2 bed, 2 full bath, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, dark cherry wood cabinets, White Eco Quartz counter top, silver aluminum mosaic back splash.

Bathroom has a standing up shower with glass sliding doors, glass wall tile, double sink.

There's lots of closets in the unit and a bay window in your private bedroom.

Washer and dryer in unit, one attached car garage available for $100, large back yard for entertainment. Wi-if included.

Other info:
It’s only you and me in the unit and you will have your own private bedroom personal bathroom to use.

Neighborhood is quiet and safe, neighbors are kind. A few parks nearby.

10min drive/25min walk to Trader Joe’s.

Easy access to supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants and public transportation. (NJ bus transit. Theres also the Path train).

There’s also an independent bus company “jitney bus” (which I take occasionally) that runs every few minutes to Port Authority 42nd Street Bus terminal. The commute into NYC is 15-20min.

Both buses are right on the corner of the block of where the apartment is.

First month rent and security deposit required to move in.
