I am a mature, non-smoker who is looking for a room + private bath either in a house or apartment? Ideally in a 2BR, 2BA condo or house with a roommate. Must be on 1st floor.

I have always lived in homes, and also have had my own outside the state of CA. I have lived in the same cottage by myself for 11 years in Cardiff but now told they will be renovating.

I am on the computer a lot and keep to myself. I am on the phone at times and would keep my desk in my BR as not to disturb anyone.

I love walking and taking short trips and also gardening and sometimes cooking. I have a Tower Garden and love growing vegetables.

I am not a morning person. Do go to networking events but not often come in after 10pm.
