Josh Y - $1,400/month

Lived in California my whole life, and moved to New York for college (since 2012). I've lived in Manhattan/Brooklyn for the last 8 or so years, so am very familiar with the move-in process, etc.

Currently, I am working on launching an arts publication at night while
working as a data analyst during the day (WFH). I keep a cozy and clean living space and generally like to keep to myself in the apartment. I'm quite considerate of shared spaces, especially the kitchen and bathroom. I don't like having a dirty kitchen/bathroom.

In my spare time, I like to walk around the city, find new bookstores, play
soccer, games, and watch movies.
