Hey guys, my name is Grant. I'm 24 years old and work in the financial sector. I'm looking for a roommate with a steady income and that is, with lack of a better term, chill. The majority of the time I am playing Xbox in my room but I'm always down for drinks or to chill too. I don't really have many things that bother me when it comes to roommates, just do your share of cleaning, respect my stuff and pay rent on time. I have furnishings for everything except the second bedroom, including a big TV. The unit is also south facing on the 38th floor so it has a sweet view and balcony. Your rent would be $1300, I pay more since I have the master bedroom. That includes a assigned garage parking space (garage in the lower 12 floors of the building), internet, gas and water. We only pay electric which is about $15 a month. My current roommate is moving for work so it is possible to coordinate with him for a move in around July 1st-5th, this way the move in fee is only $250. Have to find someone by May 31st!
