I have a room I'm renting in my 2x1 apartment in palmetto bay. Its all furnished already and theres some furniture I can offer for the room but I would have to see so its not for sure. I have a very friendly cat whos small and calm. She doesnt shed alot of hair. Looking for someone clean, chill, and vibes well with me of course :). I have a TV I can give you for your room if you dont have one already. $900 utilities and streaming services all included. Lots of free parking and theres a pool, racket ball room, and small playground (Theres a huge park across the street).
