A washer/dryer is available in the unit, but you will have to provide your own detergent, linen, food, and toiletries. You will have your own private room with a separate bathroom that is located in the nearby hallway and full access to the kitchen, living room, and laundry area.

I’m a friendly 59 y/o hard-working, respectful guy who enjoys traveling and likes to keep a tidy home. I am seeking a roommate who is friendly, quiet, neat & clean, and a non-smoker. The rent is due on the 1st of every month. This is a drug, pet, & smoke-free environment.
