The Waverley

Right on College and Spadina, it’s so close to the University of Toronto, so close to everything downtown as well, nothing is more than an hour walk away. Very well kept, all the staff is lovely, there’s a cafe downstairs as well with really good sweets and coffee. The gym has such a nice view of the city, and I absolutely love the balcony in our unit to enjoy the sun on.
