Hello all!
I have 1 room available for $960/mo in our 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, which is in the top unit of a triplex! We live in the heart of Central District, practically across the street from Chuck's Hop Shop and Uncle Ikes!
This place has granite countertops in the kitchen, dedicated pantry space, a small yard around back, hardwood floors and overall a solid place in Seattle! What makes this place even better: W/D in unit and free off street parking in private lot next to house. WSG and electric split between roommates. Sorry, no pets. Wish we could.
